  We tasted the cake, liked it and everything was very nice till then.
  
  They confirmed that we can pick the cake from the Brampton location and their website said that the Brampton store opens at 10:30 am.
  
  When I reached the location, couldn't find the store. Wondered like a fool, asked neighbouring stores nobody knew about them.
  
  Called the Woodbridge location and was surprised to hear that it is located inside a convenience store with no sign.
  
  Waited for more than an hour and finally the owner opened the store. Pathetic client service, never expected this.
