  I do not know why the previous two reviews rave about Organic Oven yet only gave it 1 star???? I think they made a mistake so check out my 5 star rating for Organic Oven:
  I tried breads from many different sources and if eating sandpaper is your cup of tea then don't try Organic Oven. The gluten free bread is so close to gluten bread that you don't need to toast it the first few days you buy a fresh loaf. She makes many different varieties of breads too. Peachy makes hot dog/sausage buns, rolls, cakes to die for, pies, cookies, etc. etc. Anything she makes is the best of the best - try the carrot cake or carrot cake muffins! I've been buying her products for nearly 2 years now and will not buy any others. She also does sugar free, yeast free, corn free, egg free, the list goes on and on. She really is a gem in the world of food allergies and anyone requiring a special diet. Thank you Peachy!

  Full disclosure: My mom owns this place so, I'm pretty biased BUT -- it is a great custom bakery for people with multiple food allergens.
  
  My mom has gone so far as to create things for customers that weren't on the menu at all, just so they could enjoy the things they crave but could not usually eat due to dietary restrictions.
  
  My mom has been on sick leave for a few years but everyone who knows her and knows this place, knows the dedication to service my mom has always had.
  
  Hours are limited due to wholesale being its main operation. Usually you have to order in advance and arrange a pick up time, or you may not get what you're looking for. But it's open to the public.
  
  I grew up with this place so, I know what it's been through and what the staff are like. It is a family-oriented business. Most of the customers are like family because everyone gets to know each other (it's inevitable when you're sharing your medical history and my mom is trying to create something you can eat without reacting to). It's just that kind of place.

  Good healthy sweets available. (Cookies and cakes and more baked sweets).
  They have true sugar free variety. Presentation of the place can be more appealing but I guess that place is more like manufacturing site. Detailed labels for all products are available so that you know what you're eating. Their sugar free Ginger snap cookies and chocolate chip cookies are quite delicious.

  I ordered my daughter's birthday cake from the Organic Oven in Brampton in March 2013. The lady working there was very helpful and very friendly. I purchased the cupcakes so that my daughter could taste test both Vanilla and Chocolate with different icing sugars, she had her first taste testing in the store front :-)
  The cake my daughter chose was Chocolate with Vanilla icing. It was great and 2 year olds don't lie, they also won't eat what they do not like, she loved it. The cost was high, however, that is what you come to expect when living with Celiac.
