  Awful costumer service.
  As the majority of the business in Canada,in this store the staff doesn't care if costumers satisfaction but only to make money.
  Twice I came across this location to order a pizza and twice I fell weard.
  The first time it was a month ago.
  They won't let me order the toppings I preferred but trying to push me for deals I wasn't interested in.
  Disappointed I left.
  I made a mistake today and I went again.
  I ordered a pizza extra large one topping mushroom.
  Social of the day.
  After waiting for 25 minutes the cashier told me that they had lost my order!
  She refunded me.
  I paid debit and she refunded me in cash.
  She told me they can't refund debit...WHAT???? Never heard about it.
  Quality of Pizza I can't tell COUSE THEY NEVER LET ME ORDER FOOD PROPERLY.

  If you're going to get the fan favorite promotion make sure you receive the 241 voucher. If you do not and make the same mistake I did and forgot to collect it, they will lie and say that you did. Sad level of dishonesty on their part. I would've expected better. And to be clear it's the location just east of Rutherford.

  The staff acted as if they couldn't understand me. I asked if they had pizza w cheese in the crust and man said "I don't know", and forwarded me to customer service. Never have I been more surprised in my life. Pizza Pizza has customer service? I didn't really know it was that serious but whatever. We called back and they took the order moderately normal, it was mediocre service at best.

  I only order from here because its the only place around me open or i would order from pizza point they have the best pizza in the world
