  the worst lately. food is still decent but they are all standing around doing nothing yet my food always takes forever. twice in the same week they plain out forgot to drop my food and I had to stand around waiting. the first time I had to remind them to drop my tenders 10 mins after I ordered. when I mentioned it the employees at cash started laughing!!! today when I went back I complained to the manager that I pre ordered my food and they were only dropping it when I got there and he didn't say ANYTHING except we forgot. then he never even offered an apology or anything when he finally handed me my food 25 mins after I placed the order. in fact i said thank u and he smirked again at me too. ridiculous!!! next time I'll go to KFC or the new fish and chips in the plaza.

  I'd give zero stars if I could. The staff are friendly as ever, don't get me wrong, but "fast food" doesn't apply here. Even when there's no lineup. But my biggest concern is what the hell was in the food when I had it last. About 2 hours after eating here I starting vomitting uncontrollably, and remained sick for a bit over a week. I should have reported this place, they're definitely not sanitary. Have never experienced this kind of food-caused-illness in my life. It was actually traumatic.

  It was a fun and wonderful experience with extremely kind staff. I always take forever ordering the food here because it is all delicious. The tenders and chicken wings are a must have in this location.

  Always consistent! I prefer going to this location as opposed to any others. Their fries and chicken are always cooked just right. Wait times are good, not too long. I have been going here for years!

  Food is awesome but they need to improve on the recipe quality. Because the recipe quality is poor you can't make out the number to complete the survey
