  Edit: I submitted a guest concern on that same day and received an email from a marketing manager. She said they had talked to that manager personally and also offered me a Boston Pizza credit.
  
  I ordered online and received it on time alright... but I was very disgusted to find four pieces of hair in four bites of one slice!!!! I basically had to remove them from my mouth!!! And when I called and talked to a manager, she only offered a reorder which was a definite NO for me and she didn't offer a refund or even an apology!!!! Will never order again... terrible service!!!

  I've been here a couple of times, low and high movement, and always great!
  Great service, very nice staff (I'll leave a special mention about Victoria and Kate), music selection and overall environment. Also very good pizza, but all dishes look very good. The juice could be better though.
  PS: they have coloring books with crayon for kids :)

  We went with my family 2 adults and 2 kids..on May 5th evening...the girl who was at the reception was very rude. She didn't greet neither spoke nicely only said wait time was 30-45 mins. Felt we were not important..I definitely wld share this feeling to the management..dont know if it will make any difference..didnt feel like going back..we left the place..

  Good atmosphere. Tasty menu. Higher than average pricing, but excellent service. Recommended for sports watching with volume in the bar.
