  outstanding customer service, had a small issue with the cake, they took care of it no questions asked! This is how a business is run... repeat customers. Always enjoy visiting this location nestled in a cozy neighbourhood.

  Let me start by saying I love Dairy Queen however, this location isn't too great on customer service. My wife had ordered a Strawberry Cheesecake birthday cake for a party 3 days in advance but when she went to pick up the cake the girl blatantly said that they forgot to make it and to take the one in the display. My wife had no choice but to take that one which was horrible. It seemed like it was really old and had been sitting in the freezer for weeks, when we cut into it there was hardly any cheesecake inside of it. When we called to complain the manager said he will call us back and we are yet to receive a call. Very disappointed with service. I will be ordering my cakes from some other location next time and advise everyone else to do so as well.
