  Had dinner here today...Kelsey's used to be great so I really didn't think we would have an issue. Menu upgrades are a good thing right? Wrong. I got the chicken parm...chicken was subpar but the spaghetti it came with? Horrendous. Tasted like plain noodles in tomato water. The sauce was extremely bland and there was a pool of water at the bottom of my bowl. Even my 2 year old who loves pasta didn't want any after 1 bite. My wife's chicken and beet salad was drenched in dressing and soggy because of it. The beets were served in the salad as massive chunks...what?? Let's not get started on my son's "Mac and Cheese"...bland and tasteless doesn't even begin to describe it. And what on God's green earth did they do to their fries? No no no, Kelsey's you've lost a lifelong customer...my wife too.

  Went in free Wings night. We beet the crowd which turned into a lineup into the parking lot. Great wings. Great atmosphere

  Worst place ever. I ordered a medium rare steak and it took forever to arrive. When I finally received it, my food was surrounded in a pool of blood and the steak tasted like blood also and wasn't cooked. The server's attitude stunk and I can tell all the workers there were all grumpy and complaining to each other. I won't go back there again.

  Been here twice and disappointed every time. Food quality is mediocre and portions are way too small for the price. Won't be coming back here.

  First off, I like Kelsey's a lot but this particular establishment is a joke. We have gone there several times and it's always been sub par in comparison to the one in Georgetown. The issue we always have is Thursdays with their half priced wings. They do not allow you to take the wings out, even if you have paid full price for the rest of your meal. The manager and staff there are generally very rude about it if you ask. This is the only Kelsey's I know with this policy. They would rather lose a customer for good than give a $7 discount. So from now on I'll be going to the one in Georgetown, where I can do whatever I want with the food IM PAYING FOR.
