  Food is mostly good. Service is very bad. People will seat after you and get served first. Waitresses look confused and disoriented. And expect to wait 30 mins for your food to start appearing. Again, the food is decent but not worth putting up with the terrible service. Have been here 2 times and experienced the same lackluster service.

  On a Sunday in May a group of five of us went to this restaurant to eat and they had us wait for an hour for a table and then we decided to take out the food instead due to the fact that table was still not available after the hour. After ordering we waited another hour for the food to be ready. All in all we spent two hours to get take out. We tried calling the place a few hours before we got there and there was no answer. The food is decent but the "restaurant experience" is the worst that I have ever experienced.

  Good place for authentic Kerala food. I been there couple of times and never had bad experience except the last visit. I ordered over the phone for a take out. All agreed for a specific time for pick up. But when I reached there only partial order is ready and asked me to wait for some more time. Went there again after 1 hour, but sorry to say no change happened on the status of the order. So just came back with half order which is little bit annoying

  I really loved there food. Very close to what we eat in back home. Biriyani is amazing. I really enjoyed all the food. Never let me down.
  
  They need to hire someone who is fast on serving. The waitress are not good. They are too slow and look confused.
  
  Maybe they got trained like that or the owner have to improve the waitres's speed. And cleaning procedures.

  Went there on Victoria day to have food, the place was pretty busy and me and my friends waited there for almost 30 minutes. When our turn came (first in line) the waitress came to us and told that we had to register there first and then they will call us by turn and they got 4 registration already. They never mentioned this when we were standing there for the whole half an hour. We did not mind waiting there to have food but the service was really disappointing. I do agree that they have great tasty kerala foods but they need to work on how to take care of their customers. At last we left there without having food. We travelled around 200km to get there and they spoiled our entire day. Really disappointed about their service and I will never recommend them to anybody. Also I won't be visiting there anymore.
