  They always LEAVE PICKLES EVEN THOUGH I'M. ALLERGIC!! Don't go here very unhygienic.. and by the way they charge for sauces as well

  Terrible place. Forget bad customer service, anywhere that has high volume of customers isn't going to have good customer service but at least be efficient and do things right.....They have NEVER gotten my order right. NEVER. And they aren't complicated orders. Today I ordered a sausage and egg mcmuffin. After a 15 minute wait I got it with no butter or cheese......Once is no big deal but everytime I order something like this happens; Fries with no salt, missing condiments that were requested. bugers that were missing lettuce or sauses all together. So on and so fourth. I'm no longer going to go to this mcdonalds. Customer service is pretty uniform everywhere but incompetence is really high here

  Horrible horrible customer service. If was late night. My family went to drive thru to order food. We ordered hamburgers and apple pies. It was a huge line up as well. When it was time to pick up food the cashier (2 of them) looked really confused and talking among each other about the order had gone wrong etc. They were kept on asking what's our order. Anyway got a bag stating hamburger and fries inside. I double checked it and there is no apple pies. When I said there is no apple pie she said it's already inside. My husband said no. Then she looked at the screen and said we didn't get charge. Two of them talking among each other. One of them have no respect. Laughing. The manager was standing beside them. All it can take a minute saying ok u didn't get charge, would u like to get to buy it now. I didn't want to hold the line. We just left. Very bad service. No respect at all.

  It is centrally located, quick and fast food. Customer service is not satisfactory. They have to learn more.
