I ordered my food and a drink I presented my mcdonalds platinum card which gives current employees a discount. considering I'M AN ASSITANT MANNAGER MYSELF. from the moment I asked for a discount I was treated like a problem. the cashier rolled her eyes at me and the manager refused to give me the discount becasue I haven't updated my sticker yet. I understand there are procedures but you also can't treat fellow mcdonalds employees asking for a discount like we are a problem. I would have been happy to give the EFC and h get the sale. instead I was treated with nothing but attitude. I walked right out and I will never be back.May 03, 2017
