  I love their pizza but once I order and I found hair in the pizza and the store owner start to saying that it's ginger. I asked him to make me a new pizza and he was so rude. They need to learn how to be polite and customer service

  waited an hour for delivery and got cold pizza without my dipping sauces. customer service is trash. i received no discount and both the manager and worker were very rude.

  STUPID CUSTOMER SERVICE
  NOT ENOUGH TOPPINGS
  The lady who takes the order has a lot of attitude when she talks to you and is quick to tell you off if she doesn't agree with you.
  She can't pronounce Avalanche!!!
  I have pictures of what the problem was with the pizza and offered to email it to them so we can find a solution. Instead she can't find the manager and didn't know what to do aside from give me bullshit and tell me off.
  There are 5 pizza stores around Popular Pizza so when a customer calls they should appreciate the business. Keep it up and soon you wont have any customers to tell off
