  Worst location I've ever been too. Honestly never have I've been so bothered by a manager . we had a table and manager took away our table to seat other people. Was poor experience and they never used the table just moved us for no reason. Dont come here unless u enjoy bad service

  Meal takes too long to come out.
  
  I was watching the TFC game when the restaurant changed all of the 7 TVs to the hockey game. I asked one of the servers to change one of the TVs back to the TFC game, she said ok, 5 minutes later the TV hadn't been changed.
  
  I asked another server, he changed the TV back for a second and decided to put it back to the hockey game because apparently people were watching it (nevermind the fact that I was watching it before changing the channel). Those that he claimed was watching the game left the restaurant 2 minutes after putting it back to the hockey game.
  
  My server was willing to put the TFC game after those people left but at that point the had already gotten me upset and I told them not to bother putting it back to the game.
  
  From what I can tell only one person in the entire restaurant was watching the game.
  
  This was not a great experience to say the least.

  This place was just horrendous, I expected this restaurant to be like all of the other franchises but it's not, It was a Tuesday night, so we went there for half price wings. When all 3 of us received our wings, it was all dry, chewy and burnt. We then asked to speak to the manager, and his reply was that this was the way the wings are made here to ensure that its throughly cooked because they were "jumbo" sized wings. I'm pretty sure burning it was not the way to cook them. Was the worst wings we ever had to be honest.

  I had made an order online and came to pick it up. First of all I was ignored. So I proceeded to wait at the bar because that's where the servers were... again I was ignored.
  I waited 5 minutes and had to go to them to tell them I was waiting on someone to get my online order. They were by the till talking and one girl was snacking on food. For a food establishment, it needs better management. And to top it all off. My good was in a bag on the bar countertop. Have they ever heard of food tempertaures?! If I was a food inspector, I would have failed or marked them for all that happened. I am upset and the chicken wasn't even cooked properly. NEVER GOING BACK AGAIN.

  My husband and I went to the 10061 McLaughlin Rd North location this past Saturday, June 10. We got seated the same time as a few others did. We ordered our food (an appetizers, 1 lb of wings each, a drink and a beer) and after 20 minutes, the people that were seated the same time as us got their food. The waitress comes over and lets us know that they were out of the garlic bread appetizer. So fine, it happens but then we ended up waiting for an actual full HOUR before we got our food.
  
  After giving us our food, we then realized that they got our order wrong. We were waiting for so long that my husband's beer got WARM. The waitress didn't apologize, and said it will be another 20 minutes. She can obviously tell we were upset, so she asked if we wanted to speak with the Manager.
  
  When the Manager came, instead of apologizing or offering to at least replace the warm beer, he kept interrupting us while we were trying to tell him what happened. He told us that "obviously, there would be a wait time as they have to remake the food so what did we expect". We asked if we could get it to go instead as we needed to be back at a certain time to take care of our baby. The only thing he had to offer was to give us a 25% discount.
  
  We were extremely disappointed as we haven't been able to go out on dates as much since having the baby, and this was one of the only times we had the opportunity to eat together again. Instead, we sat there drinking warm drinks and taking our food to go. It was ridiculous that we paid so much money for wings just to eat separately while one of us took care of our son. We should have just ordered them from another place instead.
  
  I am appalled that the Manager didn't even ask to replace our drinks at the very least. From the long wait, to the rude way they treated us you can bet we won't be dining here anymore!
