  Very terrible experience. First the waitress wasn't very friendly. Could barely communicate with us. Second I ordered a wrap and a Ceasar salad. The wrap came and it was pretty well frozen. No grill marks nothing. I sent it back to get heated. I went to eat my salad and it was merely just bread crumbs on the salad. Pure laziness in my opinion since all they had to do was open a new bag or simply let me know they had no croutons left. Also the lettuce was wilted when they remade it. But the best part was she rolled her eyes when I asked for my sandwich to be re-grilled and my salad to be remade and they only microwaved the sandwich.

  Absolutely terrible service. Wasn't tended to and I had to beg the server multiple times for refills. Server was also kind of rude and impatient.

  Myself, my fiance, her mother and my 1yr old son were all sick after eating Swiss Chalet in Brampton at the Airport and Bovaird location. Two days of crippling vomiting, diarrhea, abdominal cramping and dizziness. I wanted for Swiss Chalet and public health to become aware as per our family doctor and the hospital we visited. I hope we can find what the issue was and further precautions to be taken in the future.
