  The building was so small!! The drive thru always had a big line. The coffee token so long to make! They had so much space that they could use! They should really expand!

  Was just at this location trying to sort out the fact that I bought a watered down hot chocolate. When buying a hot chocolate it's obviously hot and usually wait 5-10 min to even attempt to drink it. At this point we were home and then found out it was watery. So we pulled up to the ordering screen and we're almost angrily greeted by a young blonde girl with glasses at around 11:10 am Sunday January 8 throughout our order she was condescending rude an just flat out unkind. We proceeded to the drive window which was even worse than the ordering process in which she was argumentative and very confrontational and because we are looking for you guys to give us the proper hot chocolate we paid our money for? I then asked to speak to the supervisor who was kind and let us know to keep our cup the next time this happens which I'm probaby not going to do because I'm not driving a total of 10-20 min for hot chocolate, but I can see why they would want us to do that, makes sense. Although what doesn't make sense is the way we as customers were treated and from this point on me my family and neighbours will now know about this incident and will not be purchasing from this location.
