  This is one of the worst Tim Hortons I have ever been too and that's saying a lot in Brampton... All the employees seem confused and disoriented.. Definitely not trained.. Lineups cause no one at the cash to take orders.. Wait like 20 minutes or more.. to get a coffee or bagel.. You finally order and they don't even begin to make it.. Hard to believe. If I could give a zero I would... Not trained at all.. I actually will go out of my way to go to a different Tim Hortons.. Wow is all I can say..

  Worst customer service everytime I come here, servers keep looking at each other instead of looking at the line up. It can take easy 20-25 Mins to get a cup of coffee

  The wait here was terribly long. They were also messing several people's orders up. Food was good though and prices are typical.

  Great Timmies to come to, I come here very often and it is always clean and quiet most of the day. Nice place to come and sit with a few friends to chat with a wonderful set of individuals running the establishment.
