  Visited the store today and was shorted 1 coffee. they rushed me to get out of the drive through. They always short you on change. Terrible service. Do not recommend this site. Boycott it

  every single time I go to this specific location they get my order wrong... I ask for green tea 2 sugars with the bag taken out... but they never take the bag out (even if I explain what I mean: dip the bag in for a few seconds to change the colour of the water) and then take the bag out. My tea rarely has sugar in it either, when it does they don't stir it so I end up drinking fresh tea till I get to the bottom where its a sugar rush.. They also fill the cup to the brim so when I open the lid, it spills onto my hand or burns my lip. On top of all of that, i have to repeat my order multiple times before they get it right.. Its such a headache.

  I would give less than one star if possible, they don't make anything properly everything is rushed and slapped together sloppy.one employee here really ruined it for me. She's a west Indian middle aged woman who exercises favouritism. She's so rude it's unbelievable. she was working drive thru. i order and pull up to the window and not even 2 seconds go by as I am gathering my change and she kissed her teeth like some rude b***h and says with her immigrant accent hurry up man. I I don't have all day for you.......... I was shocked I'm never going back here again. only time I went back was to talk to the manager to tell her how rude this b***h was
