  This place is the best you can't blame the staff because of the wifi and then wifi is working perfectly for me. Great food, they always treat everyone very nicely never want to go home from this place wish they can open 24 hours and of course the manager is always nice and helpful when you don't understand anything happening with you electronics. I will never go back to Tim's or Starbucks after coming here.! Awesome place!

  Horrible experience. Doesn't even deserve the one star. There is an old creepy guy working in the cafe. I felt very uncomfortable. The staff were rushing me to order and I don't appreciate that. I came with 2 other friends to study. While my friends were ordering he told me that I had to move because my table was reserved for someone else. I wouldn't have a problem if he was actually telling the truth. After asking me to move, he walked around trying to get a few other people to move. If someone reserves a table they need a better way to insure that the customer receives the table. Also, while I was in line ordering he was offering another guy my table and told him that he would move my stuff. He didn't ask my permission. That's outrageous. To make it worse I order hot chocolate, it taste like water. More than anything terrible customer service.

  Absolutely great establishment and building but the staff here makes me want to never come back. I'm not sure if the person I dealt with was the owner or not but he definitely has seniority from the looks of it. During my time at CC I was asked to move seats while others sat in theirs, given food poorly made, and saw favouritism towards certain customers compared to not only myself but to others as well. If you're going to run a business, learn to treat people with respect not discrimination.

  Staff are friendly and environment is very relaxed and clean. Reasonable prices for great products. There iced white chocolate frappe is a must try. Regular coffee and other products are freshly brewed and taste great. During days, it can be busy due to students always studying there and seats not being readily available at times, but 8pm-10:30pm is recommended if going late as less students will be there.

  Great experience!!! I visited the place with my family. All the staff member s were really cooperative and well informed about the products. Store is really clean and I enjoyed the ambience. Service is prompt the staff makes an excellent team. Guy with spectacles suggested me mango smothie..I just relish that drink. Great experience..
