  I placed a large order over the phone for pick up. When I got there 20 mins later the manager told me that I took too long and they had unpacked my order. I was in a hurry so I stood by the counter watching a server put my order together. My order included two Apple pies. They didn't have apple pies at that time. Instead of asking me if I wanted something else, they just threw anything into the bag. The manager whispered to the server to put whatever in my bag. I confronted the manager at the end but it didn't phase her. Horrible experience and dishonest manager and employees running this location.

  If you saw how they prepared your food you would never eat there. They cook end masse to keep up with steady demand but what this does is creates quantity over quality and often times result in raw or undercooked chicken. They fail to exercise proper meats rotation and still end up using meats with expired dates. This location and many other Popeye's and how they manage to stay open as a franchise in North America truly baffles me. I have worked at Popeye's in the past and It is the sole reason why I will never eat there.

  A lot of the food that was ready to serve came in contact with cleaning chemicals while the store manager was cleaning a section of the food area down.
  
  She then prepared my food with the same hands that she cleaned with using a sponge and paper towel.
  
  No gloves and no handwashing in between.
  
  I asked for a refund which really made her upset.
  
  She then yelled at me in front of all the customers.
  
  Be careful at this location. The one at Sandalwood and Kennedy is much better overall
