  They have definitely improved since I went there few months ago. The cashier was very friendly and quick. The food was actually well made, almost comparable to Sunrise! The only reason for the -1 star is because of the amount of ox tail curry that was on my rice... 1 table spoon. But the rice had nice aroma and spice to it, the chick was tender and delicious. The portion sizes are good too, but after eating it a small I felt like I could have eaten a large easily - because it was delicious!

  Jamaica house deserves no STARS.
  
  1. The costumer service is disgusting. * what happenes when you only hire uneducated people* They never answer there phone and the mail box is ALWAYS FULL . And when you asked them what happened to their phone they say it nah work... But they been saying this for months .
  
  2. When I received my food for a family of 5 ... the rice was NOT cooked they put likkle bit of coleslaw and the curry goat was soooo spicy it can burn through a brick wall. And there was hair I my food .
  
  3. I asked to the cook for my engagement party . I did inforce that I have a big family and a family that can eat alot so I need alot of food . Young man's name is Dre... He said " don't worry we will hook you up " when I tell you say the man walked into my house with the smallest trays of life that could not even feed the kids.
  
  There's so much negative things I can't say about this place .. I will never ever go back .

  7:24 pm Friday evening and YOU only have curry goat, jerk chicken and goat head soup on a BIG BIG Friday night...smfh. Done with this establishment. Went from 10 star...to 1 haffi do betta!

  Terrible, I think Jamaica house at this location is rationing food. Because I have purchased from there so has my mother and they count how much strips of coleslaw they put in the container how much rice and how much piece of oxtail this is ridiculous if you see the photos posted by myself and mother this is not $13 this dish is about 6 or 8 sunrise would never do this to their customers it's disrespectful I hope the owner sees these comment and evaluate their server make some changes and start cooking with real seasoning the oxtail was tasteless I cook better I feel like I can take the clients from this place cook out my house and generate better revenue!! Horrible horrible

  Well...well ...well... before I explain my experience, customers around me had the worse experience! A gentleman ordered fish from the day before and asked for it to be done by 5pm the next day. Did they have it done? Nope! Another lady placed an order in advance and sarcastically said to me "welp ! Looks like I'm getting my food Monday (mind you it's Thursday evening - day before Easter holiday ). Next I noticed an elderly lady inquiring how they got her order wrong. She expressed this to the cashier and the attitude on her face could show she has no respect. Well after that it's my turn! "Hi who's next?" I kindly ask for curry goat and oxtail....she says we only have jerk and fried chicken. Okay fine I'll take that with gravy.... "we dont have gravy" *blank stare* No apologies no nothing. On top of that the floors are nasty and the place might as well shut down and turn it into a library or homework station. Always have people working on some papers and never have food. Heard about the bugs too.... they better fix up before the close down like Gem's. And hire better staff. People who have empathy and great customer service skills. In situations like this, it could make a customer feel valued if they would just show some empathy and concern.
