  I ordered 6 muffins in the drive thru, got to my friends place only to find 6 donuts. Wasn't happy at all. Lady was trying to rush my order and it goes to show when I didn't get what I ordered. Staff needs to be more accurate and attentive. Please CHECK what you pack in the box before giving it to the customer.

  been through the drive-through (or "thru") three times so far on weekends and weekdays and service has been fast and the coffee does not taste like burnt battery acid. i am impressed it tastes so good for a timmies but it could just be that the equipment is new.
  
  anyway fast service and good coffee. no complaints against the staff.
