  One of the worst service ever in last 12 yrs in Canada from a McDonalds employee at the drive through window . It's the customers money that generates the revenue and profits for McDonalda Canada. Just don't forget that.

  I visit this McDonald's location usually last at night, after I finish my work. And I have been wanting to write this review for a very long time. I have had too many bad experiences with customer service in this location. But last night (03/11/2017) was the worst.
  Whenever I visit McDonald's, I usually buy 3-4 junior chicken sandwiches, usually with leafy lettuce, red onions and apple-wood sauce instead of mayo as I am allergic to mayo. All other McDonald's do not charge anything extra, but this location, every time I have asked for this, they have given me a lot of trouble.
  Last night, I placed the order in the drive thru and went to the last window to pay and collect my order. I was serviced by the MANAGER - KIMBERLEY at the window. SHE WAS MY WORST NIGHTMARE after a long day at work. When she told me how much my bill came to, I explained to her nicely, that I come there almost every night and I have the same problem every night. She told me "WELL, I AM THE MANAGER AND I DON'T CARE IF YOU COME EVERY DAY, I AM SEEING YOU FOR THE FIRST TIME AND I WILL CHARGE YOU THE EXTRA AMOUNT!" I tried to explain to her, SHE DID NOT LET ME TALK! She had a MANLY VOICE AND WAS VERY RUDE AND DOMINATING!!!!
  I told her that I had spoken to another manage (a guy called Michael) who removed the extra charge from my order with little resistance. Her reply was "I DON'T GIVE A DAMN, I WILL NOT REMOVE THE CHARGE, YOU PAY OR YOU GO AWAY!!!!" She was very INSULTING....!
  I requested to speak to someone else, she said, "I AM THE MANAGER AND YOU SPEAK TO ME!!!"
  Frustrated, i asked her, her name, she said, IT IS KIMBERLEY. I believe that at that point she was afraid that I will write this review, she said, "OKAY, I WILL TAKE IT OFF THIS TIME!" and SHE SHUT THE WINDOW ON ME and left!
  After about 10 minutes, someone else came to me and gave me my order.
  While driving back, the thought that she may have spit in my sandwiches was bothering me!!!!!
  This is the worst location with the worst customer service......and Managers like Kimberley and her bad - rude - and MANLY attitude, make you not want to come to this location anymore!
  I am VERY SHOCKED AND FRUSTRATED!!!!!
  AVOID GOING TO THIS MCDONALD'S AT ALL COST!!!!!!!!!!!

  This is a great location for a McDonalds as it is on a main artery road. The food is made to standard and the service is always fast and friendly.

  Horrible parking. Food was dry, was poorly put together and tasted horrible. The manager was nice enough to have my order redone but there was no improvement.

  Deserving of .5 stars, with the only saving grace being that I didn't leave hungry.
  
  I had ordered a BACON AND CHEESE angus burger, and when I left, I saw that there was no Bacon on my BACON AND CHEESE angus. At the least they got the cheese, goddamn.
  
  My next visit wasn't much better as I ordered a single Sundae and waited almost 10 minutes for it.... When someone finally asked me what I was waiting for, they saw the Sundae behind the counter and gave it to me.. So it was made the whole time but nobody saw it.... Or me standing there..
  
  Avoid. At all costs. They DGAF
