  I usually never have a problem with Pizza Pizza, but last night I ordered delivery - my order arrived on time and everything and the food was as usual, but am very disappointed with the service of both the restaurant management and the driver.
  
  I paid via card and when I went to return the machine to the guy, the machine dropped and I guess the battery had slipped and shut down the machine.
  
  I told the driver that it had gone through, but he was adamant that it didn't. When I asked if he could prove it, he literally didn't respond at all and just shoved the machine back in my face (not a single word from him). Not wanting to deal with this garbage in my apartment lobby, I just paid.
  
  Low and behold, I check my online statement and sure enough there was two charges.
  
  This wasn't surprising, I was 95% sure it had gone through - what surprised me is that I wasn't contacted by the company as this error would have been revealed when this driver would have cashed out, and even if the management failed to catch this error, the driver would have certainly known he had in fact double charged me.
  
  I worked in the service industry for a long time and as a delivery guy for a pizza company prior to college. I had thought this was something a big conglomerate like Pizza Pizza would have caught and corrected right away - but of course, I had to fix it for them.
  
  I likely won't be ordering again anytime soon despite what is usually good service. The fact that neither the actual restaurant management or the driver caught/resolved this issue just doesn't sit right with me.
  
  Again, I've worked in big chain restaurant industry and specifically as a pizza delivery driver - double charges don't go "unnoticed", at the end of the day either management or the driver ends up with extra cash when cashing out.
  
  Also, the fact that the driver simply shoved the machine in my face and failed to respond (again, not a single word or "I don't know") says enough about their "customer service".

  The new male server/cashier actually provides very good service. I would give 5 stars but I wish they did more hand washing when touching money but I guess not a lot of restaurants do things like this.

  Very good service from the makers of the pizza. The cashier seemed rude and pushy and forgot our drinks and sauce and didnt say anything but then someone else came up and apoogized on her behalf all while he was training a new employee. Props to that guy
