  Absolutely horrible service, run by an incredibly arrogant family. They'll mess up your order and then blame you for it. I ordered chicken teriyaki, the owner gave me butter chicken instead, after I complained she replied "they're both the same thing". My vegan friend explicitly said "no mayo" but the incompetent employee proceeded to put on mayo, and then wipe it off with her finger instead of providing a new sandwich. Management needs to stop hiring family and actual employees who can do their job..

  Tried to throw everything on my cheese and steak panini without asking me. The person put onions on the bun without verifying if I wanted it and I am allergic to onions...and she tried telling me it doesn't matter it comes on the sandwich.

  Really bad service....staff don't care what u r saying to them...I ordered three subs she burnt my 2 breads already n I asked her please not to burn the third one....bt she don't care what I said n burn bread same way she did before...I asked her my husband not gonna eat it then she show way much attitude n said it's not my problem,I can't do anything in this...I was soo much disappointed I use to go there 2-3 times a week bt not again...bad experience

  They cross contaiminate food. She tried to touch my food after going into the fridge with her gloves on as well. I've been here two times , both times they cross contaiminated my food and told me it was not their problem ? Both times I left without food . They're ignorant as well. Lady hung up the phone on me. Contacting head office about this location
