HANGRY! Went there on a Saturday night & the restaurant wasn't too busy so foolish me thought I would get my food quickly. Wasn't greeted when I came in the doors, had to seat myself. There was 2 waitress in the store both past my table and went to another twice asking for their order & ignoring us. Finally had our order taken & it took 20 mins to come, I could have gone to the grocery store, bought wings & made them faster! How long does it take to make 8 wings & some fries with 4 people in the kitchen!! I had to ask for water 3 times from both waitresses. When it was time to leave I asked for a takeout container which took the waitress 5 mins to bring. This is THE. WORST. SERVICE. I. EVER. RECEIVED. Save your money & go to St Louis or Jack Astors instead. I will NEVER go back here.

WORST EXPERIENCE. No one sat us down (she saw us but didn't tell us we could sit wherever until 5 awkward minutes of standing) no one came to greet us, no one gave us menus, the tables were untidy, no one came to take our drink order at least. We sat for maybe 20 minutes and just starred at the staff waiting for them to speak to us and they did not say anything. The worst part is I chose Wild Wings for my birthday... to only not get any service. It wasn't even busy. We ended up leaving. Never ever going back and will never recommend.

I could break this rating into 3 parts which would be taste, wait time, and ambience. For the taste it's 5 stars, there is such an amazing selection and the wings are amazing nonetheless. The wait time i would rate 3 stars because it is somewhat long but can be reasonable depending on what time you go(12pm to 5pm). The ambience is is 4 stars because the atmosphere is very friendly, and the waiters are very kind. on top of that if you come in while a major toronto game is on, the crowd support usually makes it feel like a sports bar. Thus i have given Wild wings a 4 star for their delicious food, great waiters, and decent wait time. The only small exception are that some of the appetizers are low in portion like the artichoke dip. You will most likely have to ask for more chips if there are multiple people eating. Also the tables tend to be sticky at times and bone buckets are rusted and seem to be dirty on the inside. This doesn't take away from the experience although it should be clean. In the end you should definitely go here and try their amazing wings if you have the time!

UPDATE: the food is still amazing but the waitresses are getting worse and worse, they are sometimes very disrespectful and your orders take forever to come through. I went with about 5 people and it took them 1 hour 45 minutes to bring the order and when we simply asked for another sprite they took another 30 minutes to the point where we had to ask again. The waitress then couldn't divide the change properly and gave us the worng change and not even enough change , but we let it slide because it seemed like she just started her job there.

Sitting in this restaurant now.. and writing this review. Sat here for 5 mins. Had to get get up and ask someone to grab me a drink. Sat down waited for the rest of the party to arrive. We waited about 20 mins for someone to ask us if we were ready to order. Got our wings. They were good. Got up again to ask for a drink refill on my way back to my table picked up my own bone bucket from another table. Our party finished our meal and .... From 11:38pm-1156pm we waited for a bill.. We are the only table sitting here.... Ridiculous....

Great food on all but one occasion, but my girlfriend and I still frequent this place for our fix of wings. Service is friendly though sometimes at peak hours there's only one person available for it which could delay the eating experience a bit. No other complaints!
