  I was in the line 15 mins before closing time. A girl in front of me just placed the order and I could tell cashier girl was annoyed because they were trying to clean the place. After the girl placed the order, she went to the pick up area. Now it was supposed to be my turn and I was waiting for the cashier to say something like 'how can I help you, etc'. The cashier didn't make eye contact with me and about 30 seconds later she did and said, "are you here for moral support or you want to place an order". I felt deeply insulted, anyway placed the order, got my drink and left. It's been an hour now and I can't get over it. I wish I could get some words quickly to respond back but I walked out in a surprise. Shame on you Starbucks and shame on getting such a staff.

  I wanted a fruit smoothie and got a strawberry and banana smoothie but it only tastes only the banana and not the strawberry. Milk makes me sick plus I accidentally took the lid off and my drink spilled.

  Their store never seemed to get orders placed through the mobile app right. They always forgot my order or gave me the wrong one. Had to resort to a different location. Employees are also hit or miss. Half of them have major attitude problems and the other half are the most wonderful people and make your day.

  Dropped in for a dark roast coffee and found out that they individually, grind and brew each cup, which is awesome! I love freshly grind coffee! This is a small store with plenty of parking, but getting to it is a bit of a chore. You have to drive through a lot of retails parking and bad drives to get your coffee fix. But having individually grind coffee is worth it for me! Oh, the staff is also friendly and awesome!
