  I ordered for potatoes wedges and chipotle dipping sauce, I got the wedges and no dipping sauce so I asked the guy working there for it and his like I need to check the bag and he picked up my wedges with his hands and his like oh there isn't any in here. Wow he thought I'm lying to get dipping sauce. Bad customer service. Bad employee

  This Tim hortons just recently opened up this year. It's always been a pleasant experience. Tonight I went, and because I didn't know what was left on my Tim's card, I tried it thinking I had funds, I didn't and I was disappointed thinking how could I not remember. They gave me and my husband free coffees just as a surprise with our order. The late night staff is just superb! They are so warm and friendly, and very interactive with customers. I like waiting to get my coffee from this location!

  This Tim is nice,cosy and quiet, it can get busy because its on the main. Staff is also friendly and works hard.

  I asked for "fresh" coffee as I'm used to getting burnt coffee. The manager replied, "You get burnt coffee!" And then she gave me fresh coffee on the house for my inconvenience...and I don't even frequent this location. So kudos to her. :)
