  I've lived in Brampton a long time and I can say that this is the best location I know of. I'd say they're even among the best in the GTA. They know their stuff. The key to a good franchise is consistency. I've received pretty inconsistent products from other locations. Sure, they're not perfect and they make mistakes but, they rarely mess up my food. If I get a coffee one day, my coffee better be the same quality and consistency the next day. Same with freshness and speed of service. I'm glad that one of the oldest locations in Brampton is still the best!

  Friendly service although line ups can be long even with kiosks available. Love the all day breakfast sandwiches. Update - Had a bad experience where the cashier didn't know how to use a mobile coupon and made an excuse that I needed to order the meal separately in order for it to work. She said this after I had already paid with me thinking the coupon was used. When she looked at the receipt she must have realized the coupon was not applied and proceeded to give an excuse that it was because of the way I ordered.

  They take forever in the drive thru... They will mix up your order... and theres a chance you will find a long piece of hair in your ice coffee. I've called the restaurant 10 times to complain and still no one has picked up the phone. Just imagine the lack of care they have for your food and drinks.... I do not recommend this location at all!
